Henry Mayo's free Spine Education class offers valuable information on how to take better care of your spine to prevent future back and neck injuries and improve pain management.  We have two convenient class locations to serve you.

Canyon Country, The Plaza at Golden Valley, 19013 Golden Valley Road, # 125, Fourth Wednesday of the month, 5 - 6 p.m.
