Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital's free Spine Education Program is now offered at the Outpatient Physical Therapy's location in the Golden Valley Plaza in Canyon Country (across from Lowe's). The class will be offered the fourth Wednesday of the month 5 to 6 p.m.

From sitting to lifting to carrying backpacks or heavy items, the class offers valuable information on how you can take better care of your spine, including lifestyle changes that may help with pain management and prevent future back injuries.
