The Roberta G. Veloz Cath Lab at Henry Mayo is equipped with the most advanced technologies available for the treatment of coronary blockage and coronary rhythm disturbances, including the capability to perform electrophysiology studies. Through these studies, electro physiologists are able to diagnose and then treat various heart conditions, including irregular heartbeats. Cardiologists, specially trained nurses and technologists perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures providing patients with the best possible treatment and outcomes.
