A comprehensive 4-week course for you and your significant other, covering everything you need to know about pregnancy and beyond.

Week 1 to 3: This childbirth education course covers:

Pregnancy
Stages of labor
Pain management
Relaxation techniques
Cesarean section
The post-partum period
Newborn care
Maternal Mental Health

Week 4: Successful Breastfeeding/ Supporting the Working Mother- Successful Breastfeeding/Supporting the Working Mother

Free Bonus Class: Baby Care Basics- In-person Class
