Baby Care Basic's - Free In-person Class

This informal class will help new parents feel more comfortable caring for their newborn.

Taught by a pediatrician; topics include newborn care, sleep patterns, vaccinations, and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).

This is an in-person meeting and prior registration is needed. A discussion session will allow opportunities for questions. Please note this class may or may not take 3 hours, this will be depending on participation, breaks, and questions. 

** Attention** Registrants will receive an email with the class details and a campus map a day before the class date.

**Nursing students: Please do NOT sign up online for this class without prior permission from our department. Please call 661-200-1520. We do have a set capacity of nursing students we can allow in the class. It is based on first call, first serve basis; call early on to secure a spot. Any documents that need to be signed can be sent after the class is finished at laboroflove@henrymayo.com.  Please note, this class is up to 3 hours, you will receive credit for the length of time you attended the class.
