We Come to Your School for Your Athletes!

This summer, Henry Mayo Fitness and Health in partnership with Henry Mayo Physical Therapy is offering on campus clinics to all the local High Schools in Santa Clarita. These clinics will be for all athletes of every sport aimed at helping teams minimize the injury rates of their athletes.

What athletes will gain from this clinic:

• Coaching on Posture & Motor Control, Acceleration & Deceleration, and Multi-Directional Top Speed
• Skills and techniques that will sharpen the athletes cutting and change of direction skills regardless of their sport or position to drastically reduce the potential for things like ankle sprains and knee injuries
• Instructions on not only the “How”, but also the “Why” behind all the drills.
• Athletes will learn how “reacting” from the proper posture and stance set up will allow them to explode out of their stance so much faster and safer.

A Personalized Injury Prevention screening performed by a Henry Mayo Physical Therapist for each athlete

This is a 1 day, 3 hour clinic located at your school and the cost for attendance is just $20 per athlete.

Additionally, 50% of the proceeds will be given back to the schools athletic training program to help support our schools Athletic Trainers.
