Henry Kids Spot

Welcome to Henry’s Kids Spot we are here to ensure that your child has an organized, well-supervised, and wonderful time each visit.

To help us maintain a safe and well structured program, please adhere to the following policies and procedures:

• Remain on premises
• Fill out all forms to remain on file
• Sign each child in and out
• Notify staff of any medical conditions
• Bring your children with fresh diapers, as we are unable to change them

Because your child’s safety, happiness and welfare is very important to Henry Mayo Fitness And Health, all staff that interface with the children are background checked and CPR certified. For the health and safety of all children, we ask that all kids be between the ages of 4 months and 12 years of age. 

For the safety of all children, we do not allow food or drinks of any kind. Please check your
child’s pockets, backpacks, etc. for any small objects.

Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | 3:30 - 7 p.m.

Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Reservations

Children from the ages of 4 months to 12 years old are welcome to participate in Henry’s Kids Spot. Reservations can be made one hour prior to reservation time, and up to 7 days in advance. Reservations can be made in 30 minute time slots.

In order to help all children transition into our program smoothly, we do not honor reservations made in 15 minute increments. There is a two-hour maximum stay per visit.

Sick Policy

Please assist us in preventing the spread of contagious illnesses to our Henry’s Kids Spot members and staff by adhering to our sick policy. We are unable to care for children who have any of the following conditions:

• Runny nose (that is not clear)
• Cold with excessive coughing and sneezing
• Nausea
• Fever/feverish
• Cold/Flu symptoms
• Chicken pox
• Upset stomach
