“Henry Mayo relies on the generosity of selfless community leaders to serve on our governing board,” said Roger Seaver, Henry Mayo’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are fortunate to have highly-qualified people in our community who are so willing to lend us their time and talents.”

Henry Mayo’s Board of Directors is charged with overseeing the overall quality and sustainability of hospital services, facilities, finances, properties and affairs. Each board member may hold terms of up to 12 years and ex-officio members include the Chief Executive Officer and Chief of Staff.
