The 49^th Annual Frontier Toyota Henry Mayo “Drive Safe” Golf Classic

The 49^th Annual Frontier Toyota Henry Mayo “Drive Safe” Golf Classic was held on May 9^th at the beautiful Oaks Club at Valencia. This tournament helped raise over $200,000 for the emergency and trauma services at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. Joe Caso of Frontier Toyota has been our Title Sponsor for 26 years, and we are so grateful to his steadfast commitment to our hospital. We’d like to thank all of our sponsors who are the backbone of this event, especially the Ullman Foundation, Luechtefeld Group-Morgan Stanley, and Ziegler Capital Investments. We appreciate all who came to enjoy a day of golf while supporting a very important cause!

Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital’s emergency department is really the “front door” of the hospital. It is open 24/7 and always ready to serve the community. Over 67,000 people came through the ED last year, and our physicians, nurses and staff professionally triage, treat or admit in a very efficient and focused manner. This tournament has raised $7 million dollars over the years and plays a key role in providing our emergency and trauma team the necessary recourse to meet the growing demand.

We are so grateful for the constant support that out our golf classic has received over the years from the Santa Clarita Valley community. Thanks again to our dedicated volunteer who worked with our team to insure that this was a day of fun and fellowship that supported an important cause.
