March Foundation President's Message

On behalf of Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation, we wish you a joyous spring and the luck of the Irish!

As the various emergency declarations and mandates related to Covid-19 wind down, we look back on these last three years with great appreciation (and frankly, a little exhaustion!) We are full of gratitude for our exemplary staff and physicians who worked tirelessly to serve our patients. The tremendous support our community provided our healthcare team was awe-inspiring. We are proud to be your hospital. Now, as we return to more “normalized” operations, we again remind each of you to get back to the routine screenings and checkups and please take care of your health!

We celebrate our Doctors daily at Henry Mayo—although March 30 is internationally recognized as the official Doctors’ Day! We invite you to honor your favorite physician with a donation in his/her name!

It is a time of transition at Henry Mayo as we bid a fond farewell to Hospital President and CEO for 22 years, Roger Seaver. We wish Roger and his wife Rizalina a fun filled retirement. Roger’s commitment to serving this community shines brightly in the legacy he leaves. We look forward to welcoming Kevin Klockenga as our President and CEO as we continue our positive journey.
