Nick Mitchell Elected as Foundation Board Chair

Nick E. Mitchell, has been elected Chair of the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation Board. Nick has served on our foundation board since 2016, most recently as board secretary. He has served on the Ambassador and Corporate Partners committees.

Nick is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Logix Federal Credit Union, a $9.7 billion financial institution headquartered in Santa Clarita that serves over 230,000 members.. In addition to managing the company’s legal affairs, Nick oversees Regulatory Compliance, Vendor Management, Human Resources, and a number of other departments. In addition to serving on our foundation board Nick serves on the Board of Advisors for the Woodbury University School of Business.

Nick has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business and Management from Woodbury University, and a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School.

Nick will serve a three-year term as Board Chair. He succeeds Rose Chegwin who now serves as Immediate Past Chair on the board.
