Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital serves anyone in need of care without regard to race, creed, or ability to pay. As a voluntary, not-for-profit institution, Henry Mayo depends on income from patients and their insurance companies or various government health programs to maintain and make necessary improvements in our services.
Any portion of hospital billing that is not covered by insurance becomes the patient’s responsibility.
You can request an itemized bill by calling 661.467.0049 or sending an email to Billing Customer Service.
Here are the ways we accept payments:
Please include your account number on all payments. Payment is due at time of service.
- We accept debit and credit cards
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Flex Spending (FSA/HSA) credit/debit card payments.
- You can pay your bill online or contact us at 661.467.0049 to speak to a representative for credit card payments. (Please note: you will be redirected to our safe partner site to process their payment.)
- You can mail your payment to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, P.O. Box 51782, Los Angeles, CA 90051.
- You can come to the Admitting department in the main hospital lobby and pay your bill.
- We offer interest-free payment plans for balances owed ranging from $250 - $50,000 through Commerce Healthcare.
