Brenda Neilson Leads Corporate Partners Program
Brenda Neilson has been a member of the Henry Newhall Foundation Hospital Foundation Board since April of 2019. During that time she has championed and served on committees and supported cultivation and fundraising activities including the Annual Frontier Toyota Henry Mayo Drive Safe Golf Classic. Brenda is the Senior Vice President-Branch Manager of Bank of Santa Clarita and is committed to building better businesses and relationships as part of her role. Brenda’s 20 years of experience in community banking makes her a rare find and adds to the significance of her role as the Foundation’s Vice-Chair at Large, Corporate Gifts. Brenda leads the Corporate Partners Program by developing strategic initiatives that incentivize businesses to participate and support our not-for-profit hospital.
For more than 35 years, the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Corporate Partners Program has connected
the business community to the community hospital. Our Partners have helped fund state-of-the-art technology and new services and building expansions—all of which enable us to provide the highest quality of patient care possible at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. Our Partners’ generosity has helped us fund an Emergency Services expansion, our Wayne and Connie Spears Intensive Care Unit, the state-of-the-art Kim and Steven Ullman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the Roberta G. Veloz Cardiac Cath Lab.
Our Corporate Partner Program allows businesses to participate in our events and programs, meet with clinical and executive leaders, stay abreast of important health care news, and network. Levels of support range from $2,500 to $25,000, and supports various departments including Emergency Services and the Center for Women and Newborns.
Over the last three months with Brenda at the helm, the Foundation has added several new partners to the program including HMC Architects, Hart& Main, and 24/7 Events. This valuable program is an important part of Henry Mayo’s outreach and engagement in the community. Contributions through corporate partnership helps strengthen the community through improved healthcare for all who live in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Brenda’s business acumen, spirit of volunteerism, and commitment to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital makes her role in leading the corporate partners program one of considerable importance. Brenda has lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1980, mother to three children, and is involved with numerous charitable activities. The Foundation thanks Brenda for her outstanding leadership and continuous support.
