NOVEMBER 15 NATIONAL PHILANTHROPY DAY:

• National Philanthropy Day is a special observance to recognize and pay tribute to the meaningful contributions that philanthropy — and those active in our own philanthropic community — make to our lives, communities, and world.

NOVEMBER 18 BLOOD SUGAR RISING SCREENING (EDUCATION EVENT):

• In honor of National Diabetes Month, we invite you to join us and our expert diabetes team at Henry Mayo, for an informational documentary screening of PBS' Blood Sugar Rising. This documentary touches upon the growing epidemic of diabetes in our nation and how it is affecting people of all ages. We hope you can join us for the screening and urge you to take a stride toward preventing any future diabetes complications, whether it be through prevention or management. We want you to know we are in this fight together. Light refreshments will be made available.

NOVEMBER 24 HMNH BLOOD DRIVE:

• Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital will host a Blood Drive on Wednesday, November 24 from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the Henry Mayo Education Center. 

DECEMBER 3-4 HOLIDAY HOME TOUR GALA AND BOUTIQUE:

• The Holiday Home Tour League will hold its Annual Holiday Home Tour Gala on Friday, December 3, 2021 and its Boutique with VIP Experience on Saturday, December 4. This beloved fundraising event benefits Henry Mayo’s Center for Women and Newborns. Tickets, Tree and Table sponsorships are now available. Vendor booths are still available for the Boutique.
