Melanie Meyer: A Financial Planning Expert with a Heart for Community

Melanie Meyer, a Certified Financial Planner with 30 years of experience, brings a unique set of skills and dedication to community service. As the owner of Pathway Financial Group and associated with Thrivent Financial for three decades, Meyer has focused on retirement distribution, investment accumulation/management, and planned giving. Meyer's commitment to philanthropy is exemplified by her recognition as a Philanthropist of the Year for Los Angeles County in 2001. Her involvement as a title sponsor for various SCV fundraisers, keynote speaker on her personal cancer journey for different organizations, and master of ceremonies for SCV organizations showcases her dedication to making a positive impact.

Motivated by her own cancer diagnosis in 2018 and her husband's similar blood cancer diagnosis in 2020, Melanie Meyer has chosen to focus her time and support toward health-related organizations. Learning about Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital's commitment to developing additional cancer-related care options resonated deeply with her, making her feel drawn to raise awareness of the hospital in the growing Santa Clarita Valley community.

Daniel Faina: A Visionary Leader in Real Estate and Community Engagement

Daniel Faina, Chief Marketing Officer and Southern California Division President at Williams Homes, joins the Foundation with a stellar record of accomplishments in the real estate industry. Faina has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of Williams Homes, contributing to the company's growth and prominence in competitive real estate markets across California, Idaho, Montana, and Texas. Faina's visionary approach and ability to navigate complex projects have positioned Williams Homes as a trusted name in the industry.
