July Foundation President's Message 

July is a time to enjoy longer evenings, have fun with friends and family, and hopefully find more time to relax! We hope you are staying cool and hydrated while enjoying all that summer has to offer. As a hospital, patient care is a constant at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, and we are grateful to our dedicated team of professionals who stay focused 24 hours a day to help care for our community. Recently, our Roberta G. Veloz Cardiovascular Center achieved a significant milestone by completing our 100th TAVR heart procedure and inaugurating the use of a state-of-the-art treatment with a new drug-coated balloon to treat blockages. Our Center for Women and Newborns continues to experience high volumes of deliveries, we are proud of our 12 years of offering care in the Kim and Stephen Ullman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
